Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All packages are shipped by United States Post Office (USPS) unless it is over 70 lbs, in which case, we use United Parcel Service (UPS). Our website obtains real-time quotes from USPS and may change at their discretion. All packages come with a delivery confirmation number and can be tracked at www.usps.com. If for any reason, your shipment amount is more than what our website displays, a Nail Polish and More representative will contact you with details.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The following shipping methods are available for international customers: USPS Express Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Box (Medium and Large). Some products may not be exported outside of the United States. Once an order has been approved, further changes will incur an amendment charge. No back orders on International orders. If for any reason, your shipment amount is more than what our website displays, a Nail Polish and More representative will contact you with details.

Return Policy

Starlight Nails & Beauty Supply does not allow returns except for the following conditions:

    Damaged Product (either defective or through shipping)
    Wrong product or product quantity was delivered

If your return meets the above stated conditions, please contact us for a Return Authorization number and instructions.  All return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.
